Lauren Turner
Lauren is a classical flute player, soon to graduate from Trinity College of Music with a Bachelor of Music. She studies with Wissam Boustany and Lynda Coffin. She was born and brought up in Zimbabwe and since coming to the UK has been lucky enough to receive awards from the Royal Philharmonic Society, Lawrence Atwell Charity and the Musicians Benevolent Fund. Some performing highlights include orchestral and chamber music concerts at Blackheath Halls and recently the Royal Albert Hall.
She teaches the flute privately and charges £30/hour, £15/half an hour.
Lauren likes to encourage her pupils to improvise, compose and memorise.
She is also available for orchestral/pit work, solo recitals, function gigs either solo or with her Flute Quartet.
